At Westport Big & Tall, we stand behind our quality craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
